Clawson Class of 1975 Golf Outing

4-person Best Ball Scramble
4-person scramble format will be used for the outing.
The best ball after each shot from the foursome will be used.
Blue tees will be used for the men.
Forward tees will be used by the ladies.
Prizes will be provided as follows:

* Closest to the pin *
* Longest Drive *
* Low team scramble score *
* Optional skins game *
(separate money can be collected at the course prior to the round)

Entry form [PDF] with payment of $80/golfer must be received no later than:
May 15, 2005
Prices may be subject to change as the 2005 rates become available.

Tee-time approx. 8:30am (limited to 18 foursomes)

Outing will include:

* 18 holes of golf *

* Power Cart *

* Box Lunch and Beverage *
Additional beverages may be purchased separately at the course.
No individual coolers are allowed on the course.

* Prizes *



Please make checks payable to “Clawson HS Class of 75”.

Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Please mail your payment of $80/golfer, completed registration form [PDF],
and return envelope no later than May 15, 2005 to:
